Hi,
I have recently become very interested in AI and would like to find a good book that gets me started. My background is Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in computer science so I am good in that area. I also have knowledge of basic linear algebra.
I would like a book that somewhat goes into the math and works up from simple examples into more complicated ones. Something with nice mix of theory and practice. Also it would be nice if the book would be quite modern and include forward looking parts that cover the new and upcoming things in the AI research. In fact I am more interested in the theory at the moment and kind of want to build my knowledge from it.
What book would you recommend? Thanks
