One of my friends works for the admissions department at our school and she has to enter the information from the little admissions cards by hand. How would I go about building an app to recognize the characters and store the information in the database? I’ve programmed a neural net before but nothing for a phone (unless maybe a webcam could work!) I was thinking TensorFlow with the MINST database. What do you guys think? Never done something like this before!
